How can I apply for a job at Java Jo’z?Stop by the store and ask for an application. Presently our staff is full, but when an opening becomes available we will be calling applicants for an interview until the position has been filled.
What is the minimum age requirement to work at Java Jo’z?You must be at least 16 years old to be eligible for employment at Java Jo’z. If you have questions about employment eligibility, please consult a store manager.
How can I submit an idea of a new drink or food product to serve at Java Jo’z?
Java Jo’z is always pleased to hear from our loyal customers about their Java Jo’z experience. However, we have to look into unsolicited ideas to see how well it will serve our customer base.
What is Espresso?
Espresso is a brewing method that involves forcing pressurized water through finely ground coffee to extract the most flavorful components and aromatics of the coffee. It is an intense and full flavored brew. Espresso is the base for all of our Lattes, Cappuccino’s and Mocha’s.
How much caffeine is there in a cup of coffee or a shot of espresso?
12 oz. cup of coffee = 230 milligrams of caffeine (average).
1.5 – 2oz. shot of espresso = 80 – 100 milligrams of caffeine.
12 oz. cola drink = 30 – 60 milligrams of caffeine.
Is decaffeinated coffee 100% caffeine free?
No it is not. A decaffeinated cup of coffee contains 97% to 99% less caffeine than a caffeinated cup. There is approximately 1 to 5 milligrams of caffeine in a 6 oz. cup of Decaf.
What kind of coffee do you use?
Here at Java Jo’z Coffee & More we serve only the very best coffee (Caffé Dárte) for our customers. This has been a long time award winning coffee.
Can I buy Java Jo’z products online?
Unfortunately at this present time we are not set up to accept orders but we do look forward to providing that service to our customers in the future.
Do you serve brewed coffee?
We do not keep brewed coffee on-hand. We serve an “Americano” which is a mixture of espresso and hot water which is readily made, fresh, and tastes much better than brewed coffee.
Do you support sponsorship and fundraising activities?
Yes we do. We at Java Jo’z want to establish and maintain strong ties and make positive contributions with our military and civilian communities at Fort Bragg, Pope AFB, and the Cumberland and surrounding communities.
